Opened in 2008 by a group of like-minded agents who sought a new way, One South grew quickly from the original ‘Gang of 5’ to over 100 agents and staff operating in multiple markets.
By continually focusing on the metrics that matter, One South has consistently outperformed the market with faster marketing times, higher seller yields, and better pricing.

The supply of housing is approaching crisis levels at the entry price points where construction costs prevent new supply from being added.

My name is Maddy, and I am a licensed loan originator with Southern Trust. Knowing that I loved the real estate industry, I decided to get my license to be a loan originator immediately following graduation in May of 2012. I love being able to help individuals and families on their journey to homeownership.


I am proud to specialize in many home loan programs including first-time homebuyers like VHDA, as well as FHA, VA, and conventional loans.


We also have the ability to do portfolio loans and exception loans!

But what my customers value most is that we take time to meet with clients, face-to-face, which allows for an open and honest relationship; so when a client leaves my office, they are both educated and comfortable with their options.
